The Cross Lanes was originally built as a private house in the reign of Queen Victoria and converted to a hotel in 1959. The Victorian features and homely feeling have been carefully preserved to this day. The superb oak panelling in the front hall, older than the original house, dates back to the Jacobean period circa 1618. It was rescued from Emral Hall in Worthenbury and carefully restored at the Cross Lanes. FREE wireless internet throughout the hotel. Hotel and all guest rooms are non smoking. |
