Booking Arrangements & Quotations

We would recommend that all the arrangements be finalised at least 10 - 12 weeks prior to the wedding day. We will then confirm these arrangements in writing and enclose a pro-forma invoice which will detail the costs. Any amendments can then be made in plenty of time. Final numbers of guests attending should be notified to us 48 hours prior to your reception, and will be the minimum numbers charged.
